Instructions for A：

  You(as A)and another student(as B)will have 10 minutes to prepare a conversation．The

  conversation will be divided into 2 parts，each part taking about 5 minutes．In Part 1．A

  will ask the questions，and B will respond．In Part 2，B will ask the questions，and A will

  respond．Your instructor will indicate when to change parts．

  Note：

  Final grades will be determined by the accuracy，fluency and appropriateness of your

  conversation．The two parts of your conversation should be naturally connected．You will

  be judged not only on your ability to ask and answer questions，but also on your ability to

  keep the conversation going smoothly．Your conversation should flow as naturally as

  possible Topics for conversation：(1)A Good Teacher  (2)Listening to the Radio

 You and B are going to make up a conversation．You will be first talking about A good

Teacher，and then moving on to the topic of Listening to the Radio．Your conversation will be

in two parts．Each takes about 5 minutes．Your examiner will indicate when to change to the

 second part．

Part 1：A Good Teacher

A starts the conversation by asking the first question，followed with more questions．B

mainly answers questions．This part of your conversation should last about 5 minutes．

Your questions should be related to the topic of A Good Teacher．Here are some suggestions：

Ask B to define“a good teacher”．

Ask B to describe the personality needed to be a good teacher．

Ask B to comment on his／her teachers．

Ask B whether he／she wants to be a teacher in the future and why．

Part 2：Listening to the Radio

B is now going to ask questions．A mainly answers questions．This part of your conversation

should last about 5 minutes．    ．

Now it is your turn to answer questions．B will be trying to talk about Listening to the Radio

by asking you some related questions．Try to answer them as best as you can and keep the

conversation flowing．
